Not at all! When you book, our system automatically schedules your cleaning for the day after your regular trash pickup. Just leave your empty bin at the curb, and I'll text you when the job is done.
Since I clean the day after pickup, your bin should be empty. If a little loose garbage fell out of the bags, I'll bag it up and clean your bin. But if the bin is full because it wasn't taken out on trash day, I won't be able to clean it.
